Financial Skills That Actually Stick With Your Team
We've spent years figuring out what makes financial education work in real workplaces. Turns out, one-size-fits-all doesn't really fit anyone.
Our programs start in September 2025, giving your team time to plan around actual work commitments. Because we know everyone's already juggling enough.

Programs That Bend Around Your Schedule
Look, we've tried rigid timetables before. They don't work. Some of your team wants to learn at 6 AM before the kids wake up. Others need evening sessions after client meetings wrap.
So we built something flexible. Core modules available on-demand, with optional live sessions twice weekly. Your people can join what suits them, skip what doesn't fit, and still get the full picture.
The Melbourne sessions run Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings throughout autumn 2025. Sydney and Brisbane cohorts follow similar patterns but with timing that makes sense for those markets.
Three Ways People Actually Learn This Stuff
Self-Guided Study
Video modules, reading materials, and practice exercises that work around unpredictable schedules. Perfect for team members who prefer learning at their own speed.
Group Workshops
Interactive sessions where people work through real scenarios together. These tend to click for folks who think better out loud.
One-on-One Guidance
Direct conversations with instructors for team members facing specific challenges or needing targeted support with particular concepts.
Content Built From What We've Learned Working With Australian Teams
We've been developing this curriculum since 2022, testing different approaches with teams across Victoria and New South Wales. Some methods flopped completely. Others surprised us by working way better than expected.
The current version focuses on practical application rather than theory for theory's sake. Your team learns budgeting frameworks they can actually use next week, not abstract concepts that sound impressive but don't translate to daily work.
Each quarter we update materials based on feedback from previous cohorts. The October 2025 intake will include new sections on scenario planning that came directly from suggestions we received in early 2025.
And honestly? We're still learning too. Financial education keeps shifting as workplace dynamics change. We adjust our approach accordingly rather than pretending we figured everything out years ago.

The People Who'll Be Working With Your Team
Our instructors all came from finance backgrounds before moving into education. They remember what it's like learning this material for the first time.
